Personal Training With Coach Mus

Yes! Coach Mus offers Personal Training sessions! Sessions can even be conducted at your doorstep! Sessions are customized to cater to the student's skill and fitness level. CM specializes in coaching students who wants to train muay thai for fitness, and also fighters who wish to improve his/her techniques.

Each session is an hour long. A typical session will begin with skipping as the warm up. Then follow by techniques or fitness circuit, depending on the session. Every session varies, depending on what the client needs to work on. On most sessions, clients will be given 5 rounds of muay thai padwork. Some days can even be more! One thing that is guaranteed, every session is definitely a good one!

Coach Mus is also available for just padworks during off-peak hours!
